When you submit the form, the information you enter is processed by Formspree so that your enquiry can be delivered to me. Formspree also stores form submissions within its service.

Formspree hosts its services using Amazon Web Services in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR-compliant international data transfers.

How long I keep your information

If your enquiry does not result in an ongoing client relationship, I will normally keep the enquiry for up to 12 months and then delete it unless there is a genuine reason to retain it for longer.

If you become a client, some information may need to be kept for longer where this is necessary for legal, tax, contractual or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

I will not keep personal information for longer than I reasonably need it.
